Fixed Digital Version

Thanks to slugger @Zhen Chun for flagging and patching up a some major [unintentional] vandalism on the google sheet version of this! I am not sure how, but some people had ended up editing the original document instead of making a copy as automatically prompted.  I've replaced the messed up one with Zhen's fixed version, and plan to do my own update soon as well.  

My apologies if you downloaded this in the last year or so and were like "wtf". I haven't paid much attention to Turbo since I released the full version of Slugblaster and Turbo X, but I'm learning it provides a much-loved "middle weight" experience worth upkeeping.
